1 Opening Statement

bjii (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we", or "Site") is an online gaming and entertainment service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between bjii and you (the user or "Member").

By accessing bjii's website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to them.

1.2 Key Definitions

• Account: The user's registered bjii profile through which platform services are accessed.
• Balance: The total funds held in an account — real money balance and bonus balance are managed separately.
• Bonus: Additional credits granted by bjii subject to specific conditions being met.
• Wagering Requirement: A specified amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Services: All games, betting features, and other activities available on the bjii platform.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use bjii's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own judgment.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in the country or region where you reside.
• You have not previously been banned or removed from bjii.
• You are registering using your own identity — creating an account on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may operate only one bjii account. Creating or using multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, bjii reserves the right to close the additional accounts and forfeit all associated bonuses and winnings.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bjii reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. For withdrawal requests or security purposes, you may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you notice any suspicious access or unauthorised activity, contact the support team immediately. bjii will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party if it results from your own negligence.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Funds can be deposited to the bjii platform using the following methods:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — (major commercial banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposits are generally processed instantly; if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. bjii will only pay out to the same payment method used for the deposit — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

bjii is committed to preventing money laundering. If unusual financial activity is detected on any account, bjii reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account and request additional verification. Deposits may only be used for gaming purposes — not to facilitate any financial transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bjii offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳41,000.

To claim this bonus, you must select the bonus option at the time of your first deposit after registering an account.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are automatically cancelled when they expire.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — eligible games will be listed in each offer.
• If bjii believes a user is abusing bonuses, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
• Special guidelines from bjii apply when using multiple bonuses at the same time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they may only be used for gaming purposes.

5.1 VIP Tiers

bjii's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. The criteria for tier changes are determined at bjii's sole discretion.

5.2 Cashback Method

Cashback is credited to active members' accounts on a set day each week. The cashback amount is calculated based on net bets placed during the relevant period. bjii reserves the right to change cashback rates or methods — members will be notified of any changes in advance.

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

All games on bjii are conducted fairly. Game provider software is independently tested and audited. bjii uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to ensure fair play. Users may not use any automated software, bots, or manipulative methods.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account.
• "Bonus hunting" with the intent to exploit the site's bonus system.
• Using any technical vulnerability to alter game outcomes.
• Misconduct or harassment toward bjii staff.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If these prohibitions are violated, bjii reserves the right to permanently close the account and withhold funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game outcome is affected by a server error, internet disconnection, or software glitch, bjii follows a policy of cancelling that round and returning the wagered amount. bjii's decision on this matter will be considered final.

7.1 Data Collection & Use

10.2 Right to Modify Terms

10.3 Right to Suspend Services

bjii reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any member's account for any reason, particularly for security, legal compliance, or technical reasons. In such cases, the member's actual real-money balance will be returned — bonus balance may be forfeited.

10.4 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between bjii and the user and replace all prior oral or written understandings.
